Contains the best health related articles available on the Australian Shepherd.

Workingdog.com is the best
comprehensive site we've seen for working dogs. Information on all breeds,
categorized by breed and function so you can easily find what you're looking for.
Also has many good links to other sites, graphics and other freebies. Well
worth the visit.
For information on a new procedure used to check dogs for hip
dysplasia, visit PennHip.
The Orthopedic Foundation for
Animals is a registry for certfication of hips, elbows, and other joints, plus other
diseases in certain breeds. Their site explains the procedure plus has a searchable
database for names of dogs who have been OFA rated.
The Canine Eye Research
Foundation site offers information on canine eye disorders and a searchable database.
The Veterinary Ophthalmology
Information Centre is a treasure chest of canine and feline articles, facts,
etc. Maintained primarily by Dr. Michael Zigler, you can even email him your
questions, and he'll actually answer!!
The Canine Times web site
contains articles about all kinds of canine diseases, written by various authors.
Also has a Library and links to other canine medical sites.
You can
find lots of Aussie
related items at the Sit Stay site.
Dogwise
is one
of the best sources we've found for all types of dog books and videos. Dependable,
prompt shipping.
PS...Affordable has a
very good selection of grooming aids, leashes, harnesses, and obedience training
equipment. One of the few sources we've been able to find for the "all in
one" leather collar/leash combo and the martingale show leads.
Hot
Diggity Dog has some hard to find items for Aussies and many other
breeds - fabric, comforters, totes, even scrub tops!!
Need some neat
graphics for your canine web page? Fuzzy
Faces has breed specific and general graphics in different categories
(even one for HERDING!!). Many are free, others can be purchased for a
very reasonable fee.
